Hurray for happy endings!! Happy endings make us happy too!

On to the last episode: Gyu Won has to leave the country for a year for training as a solo artist. But, when she realises that Lee Shin is hurt (but not knowing about the surgery), she breaks off the contract with the company. Lee Shin finds out, and he decides and announces to her that they need to break up. His reason is that long distance relationship would not work. Both are heartbroken, but Lee Shin is determined that Gyu Won will not give up her career. Gyu Won then leaves the country, and Lee Shin goes for his surgery. Time jump here, and it’s 1 year later.

Now, going towards the ending: Lee Shin realised that he likes Gyu Won, and starts to show attention to her. Because of Gyu Won’s fear of dating the most wanted person in uni, he takes step to declare to the world that she’s his.  He takes her to uni, and holds her hand while leading her past scores of student gaping at them. Then, he also  sings in front of an audience at his band performance about his love for her, and kisses her in front of everyone. The director gets into trouble for showing more attention to Gyu Won, and in the end his production gets cancelled. It turned out that Hee Joo and mother schemed all this so that  Hee Joo will be in the spotlight instead of Gyu Won. But, everything doesn’t turn out well for them as Hee Joo finds out from the doctor that she would lose her voice.

The last episodes starts with Xiao Ru and Jie Xiu months later finally getting a clue on Xiao Ru’s mother details. As it turn out, Xiao Ru’s mother is the wife of the boss of a triad group/gang. Her husband has passed away, and Xiao Ru’s mother is supposed to take over the situation. Jie Xiu and Xiao Ru tries to infiltrate the gang at a certain nightclub, but gets caught. The gang members beat Jie Xiu up, and even more so when he protects Xiao Ru. Suddenly a woman comes and rescue them. Then, she is revealed to be Xiao Ru’s mother. Xiao Ru’s mother tearfully explains the situation before. Xiao Ru’s mother had refused to take over the gang, but she was dragged away. She however managed to escape, and left her baby with the orphanage. When she realised that Xiao Ru was her daughter, she helped her behind the scenes. (Many scenes are shown, how the mother protected…very touching)

Jie Xiu works hard to make Xiao Ru fall in love with him, but realises that she keeps pushing him away. He finds out that she has a sister which they have a estranged relationship, and goes all out to find the sister and helps Xiao Ru patch up their relationship. Xiao Ru is so moved and both of them kiss in the end. At Yi Xian’s (XRu’s ex) wedding, everything is beautiful and Yi Xian and wife and Jie Xiu, Xiao Ru have a final talk, where they frankly expressed happiness at each other’s outcome. However, everything is spoiled by paparazzi guy who crashes in while the ceremony is on, declaring that Jie Xiu and Xiao Ru ‘s marriage is a fake, and that Ai Wei is the one that handed it over. To Xiao Ru’s surprise, Jie Xiu doesn’t deny and says he’ll divorce her. But, later, he explains he wants to end his marriage of lies and start afresh with Xiao Ru, with her free will. So, Jie Xiu proposes to her again with the wedding cows, which Xiao Ru happily agrees.

Their relationship progresses when Xiao Ru as Mrs supports Jie Xiu through a business crisis. She encourages him when he’s about to give up his career as a designer when a project almost comes to a halt. Jie Xiu catches Ai Wei cuddling with another model from her company under the influence of alcohol, and confronts her. He accuses her of not being there by his side while he suffered his crisis, while he has always been there for her for the last 10 years. He also tells her that the person who has been encouraging him is actually Xiao Ru. Ai Wei gets angry and breaks up with Jie Xiu. Jie Xiu goes back home to find a drunken Xiao Ru reminincing her past with Yi Xian,. He’s fed up, and tells her to let go of the past. Xiao Ru cries, and Jie Xiu comforts her. The next day, Jie Xiu surprises Xiao Ru with balloons, and tells her that he will lend happiness to her. They go to the holiday villa Jie Xiu is suppose to check for his next project, and Xiao Ru gets more surprises. JIe X...
